"Uncommon Application" follows a high school senior who feels pressured by her mother and friends to go to an "elite" college. However, she quickly realizes that her application is not up to par with admission standards. She develops an unorthodox plan to ensure her acceptance, after which she is left to wonder: was it even worth it?
RESTLESS
With the restrictions of going outdoors and with socializing in general, our imagination and emotions have become increasingly more tactile. ‘Restless’ examines an emotional journey as the protagonist’s mind travels through a series of mental landscapes, yearning for hope and freedom.
Escaping Ohio (the short) follows JJ and Sam, two 18 year-olds facing adulthood. While Sam longs for new adventures in California, JJ dreams of building his life right in their small town. When it becomes clear Sam intends to leave, JJ dares her to give him 24 hours to prove why Ohio - and JJ and Sam's future together - is worth sticking around for.
